Montgomery Close noise notice

THE owner of a property in Montgomery Close was rapped under public health legislation for a recurrence of noise in October, according to the December report of Londonderry’s Chief Environmental Health Officer.

The notice is contained in the officer’s report to Derry City Council’s Environmental Services Committee for this month.

Separately, the report also advises that two fixed penalty notices were served for the offence of smoking in a smoke-free place during October.
