Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at the Immaculate Conception College at Trench Road, sometime between the evening of Friday, April 27 and 1am the following morning, April 28.

Thieves smashed windows at the front of the school and ransacked the reception area. A room was broken into and a safe was stolen containing a sum of cash. This is the third break-in at the school in a week.

Police are appealing for information and are asking anyone who noticed any suspicious activity around the school on Friday night to contact them.

Police are also appealing to everyone to report suspicious activity to police immediately.
