Assault on teenager

Police in Londonderry are appealing for information following an assault on a 15-year-old male last Tuesday, October 23.

At around 2am, as the victim was walking through the Guildhall Square he was assaulted by two unknown males. He was punched and kicked to the ground and sustained injuries to his face.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact Police at Strand Road station.

Meanwhile, police are appealing for information following criminal damage to a bus in the Sperrin Park area on Wednesday, October 24.

At around 6pm a window was smashed on a bus as it was driving through the Sperrin Park area.

No one was injured.
