3 white collar crime cases

THREE cases of white-collar crime currently await hearing at the Londonderry Magistrates’ Court, according to Justice Minister David Ford.

A total of 20 cases of ‘Fraud by Abuse of Position’ are pending at Magistrates’ Court across the province. Three cases are listed for Londonderry Magistrates’ Court.

There are also 12 cases pending at local Crown Courts, although none at Bishop Street.

Mr Ford provided details of the cases of fraud by abuse of position currently in the court system in each court division, in response to an Assembly Question.
