Cocaine and cannabis were also seized in the jail throughout 2011.

There were also over 100 separate finds by prison officers during the year.

For example, three amphetamines finds recovered 329 tablets; 25 cannabinoid finds recovered over 97.8 grammes of drugs; two cocaine finds recovered at least 1.3 grammes of drugs; and 19 opiates finds recovered 16.8 grammes of drugs.

The seizure details were provided by the Justice Minister David Ford in response to an Assembly Question.
