DUP Alderman Maurice Devenney says the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) will install new uPVC windows in Foyle Crescent, Newbuildings, from May as part of a considerable investment that will cut energy costs for tenants.

He said: “We’ve been lobbying for the old windows to be replaced for over a year now.,” said Mr Devenney. “It’s quite timely given the rising cost of heating. This will make a big difference to people’s pockets.”
