The Foyle branch of Life After Loss, the support group which meets to help those coming to terms with the loss of a child or infant, will hold its First Anniversary meeting on Monday, December 14.
The event will take the form of a coffee evening.
It will take place in the usual meeting venue, the Holywell Building on Bishop Street, and will start at 7pm.
The charity helps anyone affected by miscarriage, still birth or the loss of a baby. They provide support and information to those who have been through the death of a baby at any stage of pregnancy, or early in life, for any reason.
Julie-Ann Coll, who runs the North West Branch of the charity, said: “Life After Loss offer support to women who have come through a very difficult time.
“I would encourage anyone who has been affected by the loss of a baby at any stage to come along and avail of the support we provide,” she said.
