Two men are to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.

Emmet Ryan Donaghy (31), of Amelia Court, and Brendan Joseph Harkin (36), of Carranbane Walk, are jointly charged with possessing the Class C drug trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine (TFMPP) with intent to supply, as well as possession of a Class C drug on September 14, 2010.

Both declined to say anything in answer to the charges or to call any evidence on their own behalf.

The defendants were released on their own bail of £500 to appear in court for arraignment on May 31.
