THE chair of a female entrepreneurial network is asking Londonderry women to come along to an international conference in Belfast in May.
Kate Marshall, Chair, Women in Business NI said: “Harnessing potential and championing diversity in business is key to ‘creating a new economy’ and we are therefore thrilled to create such a valuable opportunity to do so at our International Business Women’s Conference in Belfast next May.
“With high profile international keynote speakers, panel sessions and business workshops, we will explore universally relevant issues affecting business, ranging from leadership and motivation to the role of diversity in economic development and global responsibility.”
Secured speakers to date include Lucy Gaffney, Chair of Communicorp Group, Julie Meyer of Ariadne Capital and Dr Anita Sands, former Group Managing Director of UBS and Member of the Global Irish Network.
“Our ambition is to make this event one with international appeal and among our invited guests include the inspirational Former US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

One of the core objectives of IBWC 2014 is to encourage the development of meaningful business partnerships.
