Plans for 20 units opposite Dunfield

A LONDONDERRY building firm has applied for permission to construct 20 new housing units on a piece of land in the Waterside commanding breathtaking views of the city.

Foyleview Builders Ltd. has applied for permission to build the new houses on land opposite Dunfield Terrace.

The application is for a “housing development 20no split level units, (1 semi detached block), (1 Terrace 3no units), (1 terrace 15no units) including private driveway, parking and public amenity space with view point.”
