St Pat’s release fundraising iTunes track

A SOUTH Derry school has launched a dance/pop track called ‘Come On In’ and in doing so, has become the first-ever NI school to have a dance track available to download on iTunes.

Internationally-acclaimed DJ and Music Producer, Micky Modelle and the St Patrick’s College, Maghera, “SPC CREW” have produced the professionally mixed track that’s available to download from iTunes from January 23 - as part of a fundraiser for the school’s 50th Anniversary celebrations which take place this year.

The track was written entirely by nine pupils from the school and was designed to showcase the musical talent at the school and to be a creative way for the students to express through music why they feel St Patrick’s College is so special.
