Police are appealing for information following the theft of a Ram from a field in Dungiven last week.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: “It is believed the Ram was stolen from a field near Magheramore Road sometime between Monday, September 3 and Wednesday, September 5. The Ram was not tagged but had been recently trimmed and was white in colour.

“Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity or knows of anyone attempting to sell the animal in suspicious circumstances to contact Police in Limavady on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
