POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was assaulted as he walked out of a bar on the Strand Road around 2am on Sunday, November, 15.
The man felt a blow to the back of the head which knocked him to the ground.

Anyone who was walking past and could further help police with their enquiries is asked to telephone 0845 600 8000 or contact the ‘Crimestoppers’ charity anonymously on freephone 0800 555 111.
