LONDONDERRY'S football fans are searching out all roads to Manchester and Moscow ahead of the the European season's showpiece finals.
Glasgow Rangers and Manchester United - two of the city's best supported teams - have made it through to the UEFA Cup and Champions League finals respectively.
Fresh from the nail biting penalty shoot out semi final win over Italian giants Fiorentina, Rangers supporters are now dreaming of victory in the UEFA Cup final on May 14, a win that could complete a historic quadruple of trophies this season.
Rangers have already won the League Cup, face Queen of the South in the Scottish Cup final, and sit poised behind arch rivals Celtic in the race for the Premier League crown.
It is estimated thousands of fans will travel from Northern Ireland for the biggest night for the club since the 1972 European Cup Winners Cup triumph
East Londonderry MP Gregory Campbell, well known for his love of the Glasgow club, said he hopes to take his seat along with the thousands of fans set to cross the Irish Sea for the final at the City of Manchester Stadium.
"The big question now is can I get a ticket? I will also have to rearrange my schedule, but I hope to be there."
He said the semi final win, in which Rangers were reduced to ten men and claimed victory via the dreaded penalty shoot out, was a tremendous win.
"The game last week was by no means a classic. But to go away to Italy and win with ten men was a heroic performance.
"It was edge of the seat stuff."
Meanwhile Manchester United can secure both the Premier League and Champions League double in the closing weeks of the season.
The Red devils will face Chelsea in Moscow on May 21.
Londonderry fan Ricky McConnell has already secured his ticket.
He said if his beloved team win it will be the " best week of my life" despite worries over where he will stay when in the Russian capital.
"I received word from Manchester United that I have a ticket although I don't know how much it costs.
"But to be honest I don't care. I'm going to collect it next week"
"I'm staying in a hostel from the Sunday before the European Cup final until the Monday night.
"Unfortunately I have nowhere to stay for the next two nights."
