Man assaulted

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 30s was assaulted outside a nightclub on the Strand Road area of Londonderry sometime between 11.30pm and 12pm midnight on Thursday, November 5.
The man was dragged to the ground by three unknown males and kicked and punched. He sustained injuries to his ribs and nose.

Anyone who was in the area and could help police with their enquiries is asked to telephone 0845 600 8000. Alternatively, information can be passed on anonymously through the 'Crimestoppers' charity on freephone 0800 555 111.
