136 people took their own lives
One hundred and thirty six people officially took their own lives in the Western Trust between 2011 and 2013, the Finance Minister Simon Hamilton has revealed.
The number of registered deaths by suicide rose from 39 in 2011, to 46 in 2012, to 51 in 2013.
The details were released in response to an Assembly Question from Foyle MLA Maeve McLaughlin.
