LIMAVADY have one hand on the league trophy after a demolition of Glendermott on Saturday - after that easy win they got the news that their nearest challengers Strabane had lost at home to Eglinton.
Bready's slim title hopes disappeared when they were defeated by neighbours Fox Lodge, bottom club Coleraine showed why they are in dire straits scoring just ninety nine at Beechgrove and losing to Brigade, and Killymallaght did even worse, scoring just eighty three and losing by ten wickets to Donemana.
Strabane v Limavady
After last week's results the Roesiders know that a win here will give them the league title for the first time since 2000, they will be worthy champions having lost just two games all season.
The home side blew it last week and only a win here and a further defeat for the Limavady men would possibly give them a play off, David Cooke's men to lift the title.
Prediction: Limavady.
Eglinton v Killymallaght
The Villagers are finishing the season off in style with some excellent victories over teams above them in the table. Their professional batted superbly in last week's win and old timer Bobby Rao also did his bit.
The 'Mallaght are struggling, they were humiliated in last Saturday's defeat and they are just hoping that bottom club Coleraine don't win another match as they could be involved in a relegation play off.
Prediction: Eglinton.
Bready v Glendermott
Not for the first time the Magheramason men have slipped up at the last hurdle, just a few weeks ago they were in the running for the Senior cup and the league title, but the wheels have come off, and they were five regulars short last week.
Bob Robinson's side, like Killymallaght, are hanging in there by the skin of their teeth and it is looking likely that their final game at Coleraine in a week's time may decide if a play off is needed.
Prediction: Bready.
Brigade v Donemana
The Beechgrove side halted their run of defeats last week against Coleraine - a result which gives them the same number of points that they managed last season: with all the changes they will see this as a good season's work.
This will be the villagers last outing before their Bob Kerr All Ireland Senior Cup final against Leinster at the Hills on Friday week, they will want a victory here to give them a confidence boost and they should get one.
Prediction: Donemana.
Coleraine v Fox Lodge
The Bannsiders are fighting for their lives to maintain their senior one status, their one bright spark in recent games has been the performance of their young opening bowler Rory Knox, but their batting last week was abysmal.
The Foxies are finishing the season on a high with victories over the top sides, only for a mid season blip they could have been serious challengers for the title.
Prediction: Fox Lodge.
