INSTITUTE manager John Gregg was proud of his players following Saturday's score draw with Ballymena United, on Saturday.
The Coleraine man has admitted that once again the players gave their all and with a bit more luck possibly could have won the game.
"That point could be a big point come the end of the season and it could do us the world of good," said Gregg.
"How
ever I felt it was a game we should have won, because I have just seen their goal again and it has summed our luck up all season.
"David Ogilby is running back towards his own net and Stuart King's shot from 30 yards hit the back of OG's head and looped over Alan Ryan, but whenever you are down there you don't expect much luck.
"The first half I felt the lads were excellent, Ryan McCreadie took his goal well and I felt in the second half considering the goal we gave away right at the start of the half, I was delighted with my players reaction.
"You would have seen in the past the players heads would have dropped and they would have crumbled but I thought you saw a difference in their nature, as they lifted their heads and got back at them and in truth though we nearly stole it at the end with John O'Loughlin's chance.
"I think if I can take one positive from Saturday's draw was that they didn't give in whenever they equalised and not for the first time they gave me their all."
